How to troubleshoot issues with data synchronization in NovyPro?

I am having trouble with data synchronization in NovyPro. Despite following the setup guide carefully, it seems like the data isn’t syncing correctly between my devices. I’ve tried a few different approaches, such as checking my network connection and ensuring all devices are updated, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.
