One of the observations made by one of novyPro members is that when she tried to use her e-mail and password that she always uses to log in to novyPro.com, she was not able to log in to this forum.
Why did that happen?
This happened because we at novyPro decided to make this Forum not exclusive for novyPro members only “For the meantime at least”, and to enable any BI developer to join the forum to either ask a question to the community or to us “The Support Team”, and that’s why we disabled the SSO feature here to make it possible for anyone to log in to novyPro forum, this means that any existing member will also have to Sign up for the forum separately.
Why did we decide to do so?
We decided to make it available for everyone “at least in the meantime”, to give the chance to all potential novyPro.com’s members to ask as many questions as they need before they take the decision to join our community 
, and not to force them to sign up to novyPro.com in order to get some answers.
Why can’t you do both?
We can but we decided that for the meantime we will postpone this feature because we have so many other features already prioritized, once we enable the feature of SSO + non-members sign up we will inform you
