I have requested a PowerBI Free account through novyPro but I didn't get the e-mail yet, what should I do?

Unfortunately, some of our emails get sent to either spam or junk folder “Which is something we are working on and might need your support to overcome this issue soon”.

So the first thing to do is to do an e-mail wide search for an e-mail with the following subject ( novyPro - Publish to web (Public) Support )
Note: make sure to mark our e-mail " Support@novyPro.com " as “Not a Spam”

In case you still didn’t find it in any of your e-mail folders, then contact us at ( Support@novypro.com ) and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible :blush:
