I am facing issue while uploading project of power Bi. I dont have organization mail Id. how to publish project .

I think I understand what you mean, I also had the same problem while navigating it today but I later resolved it, try this
Go under your novypro profile
Click the button beside power bi
Create your power bi account
You would be assigned a novypro email account and password, you can use that as the organization email
