FAQ: I have requested my PowerBI account Password Reset, but I didn't receive the Password reset yet

One of the common questions that we receive is that our members when they request to reset their PowerBI account Password, they don’t receive the reset password e-mail.

There are two possible reasons for this:

1. We “Support Team” didn’t reset the Password yet.

It takes us less than 48 hrs to reset your PowerBI password

2. The Password was reset and sent to your e-mail, but it got sent to the Spam or Junk folder.

in case 48 hrs passed and you didn’t see the password reset email in your focused email, search for the following subject ( PowerBI account - Password Reset ) and if you found the email in the Spam or Junk folder, make sure to click on the “Report not spam” button to receive the future emails directly to your focused email folder.
