I can't see Publish to Web option anymore

Hello Everyone,

I have been using Power BI Service using novypro account for many months. But since June, I am not able to see Publish to Web option whenever I am creating any new report with a simple Excel dataset.
I tried many thing like deleting the embed codes, changing the datasets, but no solution.
