Can't sign in Power BI Desktop, need to setup another verification method

Hello everyone,
To sign in to the Power BI desktop and after I wrote the password of my Novypro account I was asked about the authenticator code which I don’t have as I changed my mobile phone.
I need to set up another verification method. If anyone knows how to reach out to the administrator, this would be great.
